March 1st. Room for rent in lower town. 10 minutes to uOttawa by bus and 20 minutes walk. 10 minutes by bus to cf rideau center anbyward market. Rideau st, lowblos, restaurant's & pharmacies 5 minutes walk. Apartment is shared with two a Canadian young lady & international student. common area, washer and dryer in the building.
The monthly rent is 417 + bills (about 40 monthly for each)
Room is unfinished but the old roommate is interesting to sell his stuff for less cuz he moving to furnished place.
We sharing cleaning so we clean the apartment once a week all together.
